Penalties are cut from salaries, without pay or termination of employment for a few days off.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Participative Leaders\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Control, authority, and decision making have been decentralized.
