Virtual workshop of Head to Head Adaptive Trial protocol orientation<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Virtual workshop entitled “Head to Head Adaptive Trial<\/a> protocol orientation meeting” held on\u00a0\u00a021st June 2021 from 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm through zoom conference meeting, organized by The International Rice Research Institute (IRRI) and Bangladesh Rice Research Institute (BRRI) Jointly.<\/span><\/p>\n Welcome address and objective of the Head to Head Adaptive Trial (HHAT)<\/a> given by Dr. Khandakar Md. Iftekharuddaula (PAVEL), Chief Scientific Officer and Head, Plant Breeding Division, Bangladesh Rice Research Institute (BRRI).<\/span><\/p>\n Importance of IRRI-BRRI collaboration on seed system & product management discussed by Swati Nayak, Scientist I – Seed Systems and Product Management, International Rice Research Institute (IRRI).<\/span><\/p>\n A brief presentation on Head to Head Adaptive Trial (HHAT),<\/a> Aman2021 ecosystem, Layout design, protocol guidelines given by Muhammad Ashraful Habib Senior specialist- Agricultural Research & Development, International Rice Research Institute (IRRI).<\/span><\/p>\n A brief presentation of nominated varietal characteristics and field management guidelines discussed by Dr. Rafiqul Islam, Principal Scientific Officer, ARD, Bangladesh Rice Research Institute (BRRI).<\/span><\/p>\n A brief guideline on seed distribution and data collection format (IRRI-BRRI) jointly discussed by Dr. Saidul Islam, Senior specialist – Agricultural Research & Development, International Rice Research Institute (IRRI) and Md. Bulbul Ahmed, Scientific Officer, ARD, Bangladesh Rice Research Institute (BRRI).<\/span><\/p>\n Agribusiness Education and Research International is also a partner of Head to Head Adaptive Trial (HHAT)<\/a> implementation throughout the country. Basically, the trial implemented in Haor and Salinity area. By The way, Agribusiness Education and Agribusiness Education and Research International successfully implemented the trial as per the guidelines of\u00a0Bangladesh Rice Research Institute (BRRI)<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
